Suggest a better descriptionSpread chili in ovenproof dish or iron skillet, top with corn, sprinkle sugar over all, and cover with bacon strips. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, until bacon is as crisp as you like it. Serve over Fritos. Serves 2 to 3 - can be successfully doubled. (I usually serve it with a fruit salad, such as ambrosia (bananas and oranges with or without coconut) or fresh fruit such as melon and/or kiwi.) Easy, quick, satisfying.
