2. Heat oil in skillet with oven-safe handle over medium-high heat. Add onions (immediately with cumin) and chips (after 2 minutes).
3. Sauté 2 minutes and remove from heat.
4. Before adding, mix the egg whites, eggs & beans and after mixed separately pour into the skillet.
5. Sprinkle with cumin and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
6. Broil for 5 min.
6. Sprinkle with cheese & broil 20 seconds until the cheese melts.
