Preheat Oven to 375
Brown Chicken Sausage in oven safe pan.
Add spinach and asparagus and cook for 2 minutes or until spinach wilts
Whisk eggs and add almond milk together in separate bowl.
Pour eggs into pan over other ingredients and bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over frittata and serve.
Store in airtight container for four days.
