Cream first 3 ingred. add remaining and mix well. Bake in greased 9 x 13" pan 350 for 20-30 min. Dont over bake. Frosting: Melt butter and add cocoa and sugar. Add evaporated milk and bring to spreading consistency. Spread over warm brownies. This recipe comes from from a church ckbk. of "favorites" by "best cooks".
