Super simple recipe, tart and sweet
Heat oven to 400F. Combine all cookie ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Beat at low speed scraping brown often, until well mixed.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonsfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Meanwhile combine all glaze ingredients into a small bowl, stir until smooth. Frost warm cookies with glaze. Sprinkle with lemon zest if desired.
