Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Optional- can add nuts or raisins if want to.
Frosting: 3 oz. softened cream cheese
6 Tbsp. butter- softened
3/4 lbs. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk (more if needed)
Mix all well and spread on warm base.
Easy and can be made in advance. Makes full jelly roll pan and is always a hit.
