Suggest a better descriptionMy current favorite dessert, havent figured out what to call it tho: put the banana and the frozen fruit into the blender, add just 1/4 cup soy milk to get it all starter, let her rip, Blend until smooth and thick, add just enough milk to blend it together. Use a rubber spatula to push the stuff down (turn the blender off first!) Serve in ice cream dishes. Yum. Posted to fatfree digest V97 #002 by jrg14@cornell.edu (Jan Gordon) on Feb 18, 1997.
