Wonderful summertime dish. Can make in 9x13 and scoop out or make in muffin tins for individual servings.
1. Mix all ingredients and freeze in 9x13 or muffin tins.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer, stir several times until set.
3. Thaw slightly prior to serving.
