Preheat oven to 350F.
Microwave butter in a medium bowl until melted and stir in pretzel crumbs and sugar. Press evenly onto bottom and sides of a 10" pie plate. Bake crust 8-10 minutes, until it begins to brown. Set aside to cool.
Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and set aside. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk, limeade concentrate, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and food color. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Pour mixture into cooled crust and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.
Substitute store bought graham cracker crust for the pretzel crust.
Once pie is frozen, it can be wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen for up to a week.
