Suggest a better descriptionPlace pears in a large bowl. Combine wine, lemon juice and sugar. Pour over pears. Microwave at high (100%) until pears are tender, 9 to 10 minutes, stirring after half the cooking time. Pour half the fruit and syrup into blender, or food processor, and puree. Repeat with remaining fruit and syrup. Pour into shallow pan and freeze until solid. Remove from freezer Break into chunks. Place in food processor, and process until mixture forms a smooth slush. (Electric mixer may be used; however, start at low speed. Increase speed as mixture softens.) Pour into a freezer container. Cover. Freeze until solid. Spoon into dessert dishes.
