In bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, chopped strawberries, lime juice, tequila, triple sec and food coloring, if desired. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared crust. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish as desired. >> Freeze leftovers. -- Makes one 9" pie MARGARITA PIE: Omit strawberries and red food coloring.
