Good
1. Prepare the cookie mixture by creaming the first 7 ingredients (margarine, sugar, plain flour,
cinnamon, salt, orange or pineapple juice and eggs) and set aside.
2. Take remaining ingredients (red and green cherries, pineapple, pecans, and roll in the flour
and take all these ingredients and mix into the cake mixture in step 1.
3. Spoon all cookie mixture onto cookie sheets with a teaspoon. This amount of ingredients will
make several sheets of cookies.
4. Bake at 350 for 12 or 13 minutes.
