Mix Raisins and Bourbon in small dish. Cover and sit for 24 hours; stirring every few hours. Drain off excess bourbon.
Pre-heat oven to 325
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix.
Mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and ground cloves.
Add dry ingredients to creamed sugar and eggs. Mix until smooth.
Hand mix raisins, pecans, cherries and citron until all is evenly covered.
On greased cookie sheet, Put golf ball size of dough; include at least one cherry. Arrange cherry on top. Cookies will spread so keep space in between. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool on sheet for 10 minutes before moving to cooling rack.
To make sure there is enough cherries, no cookie should have more than 3 and the average is 1.5 each.
