A simple and easy to make snack or small breakfast that is quite yummy.
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
With a rolling pin flatten the slices of bread and fit them into muffin tin cups.
Put into the oven.
Meanwhile, dice the peaches and apples, wash the grapes, drain the pinapple and mix together in a bowl and fold in the nuts.
In a slightly smaller bowl combine the sour cream and sugar until smooth and the sugar is dissolved.
Take bread out of the oven and let cool.
When the bread is cool spoon the fruit into the bread cups. and top with a dollop of the sour cream sugar mixture.
When you finish filling the cups add the remaining sour cream sugar mixture to the leftover fruit and stir to combine.
Serve the cups on small plates and watch people devour them. :)
