In a 1 quart microwave safe bowl combine 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Mix. Now stir in 1 cup orange juice. Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute until thickened. Chill.
Add chilled sauce to 6 to 8 cups of fruit.
