Suggest a better descriptionMix 2 cups flour, 2 tbsp sugar, salt, yeast, 1 tbsp butter, egg and warm milk to make dough. Let rise.
Grease pan and spread dough out. Add fruit with skin facing down. Top with cinnamon and crunchy topping--3 tbsp butter, 5 tbsp flour and 5 tbsp powdered sugar.
Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes.
