Line a 14 x 12 inch baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine pulp and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove immediately from heat and pour into blender. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture on baking sheet. Spread evenly. Dry in oven at 150 degrees with shelf on top rack until no longer sticky. Let cool. Cut
