Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 degrees F. Filling: Combine in saucepan sugar and cornstarch. Add water and blend well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Add lemon juice and fruit/berries. Turn into baking dish and add topping, below. Topping: Sift first 4 ingredients into mixing bowl. Add milk and butter and beat until smooth. Spoon or pour over filling in baking dish. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and nutmeg. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #863 by Dianne Waller
