Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Filling: Combine in saucepan sugar and cornstarch. Add water and blend well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Add lemon juice and fruit/berries. Turn into baking dish and add topping, below. Topping: Sift first 4 ingredients into mixing bowl. Add milk and butter and beat until smooth.
