Palasade Peaches
Mix 1st 4 ingredients w/ fork, set aside
slice 1 in layer of peaches in greased 13 x 9 pan (peel or slip the skins) see freezing tips
sprinkle the crumb topping over peaches
bake at 350 for 30. min. serve warm or cool w/ ice cream
Freezing Tips
put whole, ripe, unwashed peaches in a gallon freezer bag. When ready to use, remove peaches from freezer and hold under tap water, Skins will slip off easily. Let sit on counter for 5-10 min or microwave for a few seconds before slicing.
Slip skins from. fresh peaches by placing whole, ripe, peaches onto boiling water for 60 sec, then immediately place them in ice water. skins should slip off easily. slice and freeze immediately.
