SUGAR COOKIE (Pizza Crust Layer)-
-Prepare the dough according to the directions of the package or homemade recipe.
(Be sure to prepare the dough so it can be rolled out & flattened like pizza dough). Roll the dough into a nice ball and be sure to lightly dust hands with flour to handle easier.
-Place sugar cookie dough ball into the center of a greased pizza pan
-Roll out the cookie dough to the edges until it resembles a pizza crust
-Bake in oven until light brown (follow directions on the package or homemade recipe)
MIXED BERRY SAUCE-
-In a small saucepan, pour 1 tablespoon water, 1 pack Mixed Berry Flavor Pack and 1cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries-use 1 cup of berries from the 4 1/2 cups berries as stated in the recipe. You will keep the 3 1/2 cups remaining to layer on the pizza later) and bring to a slow boil for 5 minutes until the fruit begins to become soft. It will turn into a puree. Turn off stove and let it cool down for 15 minutes. The sauce will thicken. Set sauce aside to use as a pizza topping
FLAVORED WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING-
-In a chilled bowl, pour in 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and then pour 1 pack Flavor Pack (Choose Your Flavor)
-Beat with mixer until stiff whipped cream peaks begin to form
-Set aside in fridge until the sugar cookie crust is lightly browned from the oven
DECORATE AND PREPARE SUGAR COOKIE PIZZA-
-Take lightly brown sugar cookie crust and spread the vanilla whipped topping on top (like pizza sauce)
-Gently spread the mixed berry sauce on top of the whipped cream layer without mixing into the whipped cream
-Take the remaining 3 1/2 cups of fruit and begin placing it on top of the pizza. Be sure to create a pattern look of fruit that looks uniform (BE CREATIVE).
READY TO EAT-
-You may serve the fruit pizza right away or place into the fridge if serving right away. If serving in a few hours then place it in the freezer and let unthaw 15 minutes prior to serving.
OPTIONAL: Lightly Drizzle Chocolate Ganache on Top to the Pizza prior to serving
-Heat heavy cream for 1 minute until hot
-Pour hot heavy cream over chocolate chips
-Stir until the chocolate ganache is smooth
-Lightly drizzle on top of the fruit pizza
BEST WHEN EATEN THE SAME DAY (However, you can refrigerate or freeze it)
