Sugar cookie dough crust makes a great crust for this yummy and easy to make dessert.
Spread dough onto a greased 12-14" pizza pan. Prick with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 11-12 min. Cool. Blend softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over crust. Arrange cut up fruit over cream cheese in a circular pattern. Refrigerate.
