Homemade fruit rollups
1. Start by pureeing strawberries in blender
2. Strain strawberry mixture into pan
3. Add in sugar and juice from 1 lemon
4. Bring to a boil
5. Reduce heat to medium for ~15 mins
6. Pour mixture into a parchment paper lined pan
7. Bake in the oven at 170 for ~ 3-4 hours (until no liquid mixture is left)
8. Allow to cool and cut into strips and roll
