This "dressing" provides a spin on fruit salad that makes it a little tastier!
1. Use the apple juice instead of water, and cook the pudding according to the directions on the package.
2. Let cool and add to any assorted cut fruit. Stir to coat and refrigerate.
This is great with apples, bananas, grapes, berries, and kiwi, but will go with almost any fruit. Also, this will easily cover a large bowl of fruit.
