Suggest a better description1. Chop all fruit into bite sized bits removing any seeds, you can use various kinds of fruit but don't use banana as it turns brown easily.
2. Mix all the fruit around in a bowl and add a little sugar and lemon juice. Add the frozen berries and leave to sit for 10 minutes until they have thawed. Once they are soft, mix everything around again.
3. In a glass layer the fruit and add a small scoop of ice cream/sorbet and then do the same again.
4. If you have any gluten free/dairy free biscuits left from afternoon tea you can use them to crumble over the top of the sundae, if not garnish with a mint leaf.
