Suggest a better descriptionPlace the cheese, including the rind, in a blender or food processor. Add the sour cream and whirl using pulse or on-and-off until the mixture is very smooth. Cover and refridgerate if not using right away. Slice the nectarines and pears into wedges or bite sized pieces. Arrange all the fruits in lettuce lined bowls or on a lettuce lined platter. Drizzle or spoon the dressing over top and serve. Makes 3 to 4 servings. Variations: Brie in place of Camembert, peaches in place of nectarines. Formatted for Mastercook by Mardi.
