Preaheat oven to 400 deg. Combine sugar and cinnamon in shaker.
Lightly spray tortillas with butter flavored spray and sprinkle on cin/sug mix.
Cut into 8 wedges with pizza cutter or sharp knife.
Plave in a slingle layer on stone or pan and bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove to cooling rack and cool completely.
For Salsa:
Combine salsa ingredients together in bowl and blend gently.
