Suggest a better descriptionAnyway, heres a recipe, out of "The Lactose-Free Family Cookbook" by Jan Main (reprinted without permission). Pour into glasses and serve immediately. 2 servings, 215.4 calories per serving, 4.8g fat, 19% CFF." And my own editorial comments: I made it with fresh raspberries and cran-raspberry juice. Very good. Although I would recommend refrigerating the ingredients beforehand if you want it to be a nice cold drink/desert/meal.
