Suggest a better descriptionPlace fish in shallow non-metal casserole. Combine the rest of the ingrediants except the arrowroot and marmalade and stir till OJ dissolves. Reserve 1/2 cup of sauce and pour the rest over the fish. Let the fish marinate for at least 45 minutes, turning once. Preheat broiler. Remove fish from marinade and put in broiler pan. Add 3 tablespoons of marmalade to the marinade and heat. Broil fish 4 inches from heat for 10-15 minutes, basting with marinade several times, until fish flakes. Add 3 teaspoons of marmalade to reserved sauce, and add the arrowroot, stirring until the sauce begins to thiken. Put fish on serving dish, pour sauce on top or serve on the side.
