Suggest a better descriptionHere are some of my favorites from the Sugar-free Jello Cookbook. Place cottage cheese in a blender or food processor container; cover. Blend til smooth;set aside. Completely dissolve the jello in boiling water. Combine cold water and enough water to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to jello; stir til slightly thickened. Remove ice;stir in oranges. Divide cottage cheese among 8 individual serving dishes. Spoon jello mixture over cottage cheese. Chill till set, about 2 hrs. Makes 4 cups or 8 servings.
