Suggest a better description1. Cous cous/ turmeric in bowl, bring chicken stock to boil and pour over. Cover with cling film leave for 10 minutes.
2. Put chicken and curry powder in bowl. Coat well.
3. Heat oil/ cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Leave to cool and then add yoghurt
4. Fluff up cous cous with fork. Then add all other ingredients.
