In a blender container, combine banana, pineapple juice, sugar and orange juice concentrate. Cover and blend until smooth. Stir in 1 1/2 Cups water and the lemon juice. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
To serve, let mixture stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Spoon 1 cup slush mixture into cups, then cover with 7-Up. Garnish with raspberries.
