Suggest a better description1. Place shredded cabbage in a large salad bowl.
2. Wash and drain
3. Sprinkle sugar and toss just until mixed.
4. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
5. Combine lemon and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Set aside.
6. Remove cabbage from the refrigerator.
7. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Add carrots, hotdog, cheese and pineapple tidbits.
9. Toss with mayonnaise.
10. Chill before serving.
11. Top with raisins, if desired.
