Tyler's fried chicken
Add 2 tbsps salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne pepper to flour. Add fresh herbs thyme, garlic, rosemary, etc to oil as heating. Remove when oil reaches temp for frying the chicken. Add hot sauce to buttermilk. Dip chicken in milk mixture then flour mixture. Cook a few at a time in oil to keep temp up. Fry about 9-12 minutes.
