2. Add granulated sugar, syrup, cream and salt. Boil to soft ball (about 20 minutes / 240F
3. Cool to luke warm. Add vanilla extract.
4. Beat with a wooden spoon with a wooden spatula, until thick and glossy.
Pour into pans, cool for at least 2 hours
