Simple Fudge Cake Pudding
Preheat oven to 350.
In an 8x8 baking dish, combine 1st Layer ingredients and whisk until well blended.
In a small bowl, combine the 2nd Layer of ingredients.
Add to the baking dish with the 1st Layer, mixing very well with whisk or spoon.
In a small bowl, combine the 3rd Layer of ingredients.
Mix well, and sprinkle over the baking dish.
Pour hot water over all in the dish.
Bake 30 minutes, then turn oven off and leave dish in oven an additional 10 minutes.
Will form a cake top with rich fudge pudding underneath.
