Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 pan or jelly roll. In a bowl melt butter, add cocoa, stir until blended. Add sugar, mix well. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add flour, vanilla, salt, stir just until mixed together. Do no overbeat. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Spread batter into pan. Bake ~~at; 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes
