1. Precalentar el horno a 350*F y engrasar el molde de 20 x 20 cm.
2. Derretir ir a baño maria el chocolate y el aceite de coco. Reserva.
3. Bate los huevos con el azucar hasta acremar (5-7 minutos)
4. Lentamente agregar el chocolate derretido. Bate a velocidad baja hasta integrar todos los ingredientes.
5. Agrega la harina de almendra, la cocoa y la sal.
Incorporarlos en la mezcla con la espatula.
6. Añade las chispas de chocolate.
7. Pasa la mezcla al molde.
8. Hornea por 18 a 20 minutos.
9. Al meter un palillo debe de salir un poco manchado de la mezcla el centro debe de seguir suave.
Esto es para que los brownies sean fudgy (suvecitos).
