1. Preheat the oven to 350?. Line an 8-in square baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Chop the chocolate into chunks. Melt half of the chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals. Save the other half for later.
3. In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat for 1-2 minutes or until light and fluffy.
4. Whisk in the melted chocolate. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold in to incorporate dry ingredients. Do not overmix!
5. Fold in the chocolate chunks. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving.
7. Slice, serve, enjoy!
