Combine milk, sugar and margarine in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and chocolate chips until melted. Mix in remaining ingredients. Drop quickly by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill until firm. Makes about 2 dozen. Source: "263 Recipes in Praise of Cooking", an old Standard Brands booklet.
