Fun non-alcoholic drink for kids or non-drinkers at your next 4th of July party.
Fill a tall glass with ice. The heaviest sugar content goes on the bottom and work your way up the glass with the 3 layers, starting with the 40 g sugar cran-apple drink, then the 25 g sugar Pina colada & then finish off last 3rd of glass with the 5 g sugar blueberry-pomegranate drink.
*You can substitute the cran-apple drink for Gatorade fruit punch as long as the grams of sugar are higher than the pina colada drink of 25 grams.
