Dice tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Mix tomatoes, onions, cilantro and picante in a large bowl. Drain oranges. Cut into pieces and add to bowl. Mix. Add garlic salt to taste. Dice avacados and add to bowl. Mix. Serve with chips.
