Simple fried dessert
Combine dry ingredients, mix well. Add milk and beaten egg mixing until smooth. Heat oil to 350degF in heavy bottom skillet. Pour batter into crazy pattern in skillet using a funnel, flip after browned on one side. Brown other side then remove to a plate lined with paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
