This dip is best when served warm with crackers.
Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl or food processor, combine milk and cream cheese.
Add dried beef, green pepper, onion flakes, and garlic
Fold in sour cream
Spread in dish(I use a round corning ware quiche pan)
Heat butter and pecans in skillet, then spread over mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes.

This may be made the day before and then baked before serving.
Unused dip or divided dip may be frozen and reheated.
You may use light sour cream and light cream cheese.
