Layer cubed potatoes on top of chicken then season potatoes with Goya adobo
Lair on top of potatoes onions and peppers sliced then season with Goya adobo
Spread 2 cans of Fire roasted diced tomatoes on top
Spread 2 cans of condensed tomato soup on top
Cover and bake at 3:50 for at least 45 minutes until meat is done and potatoes are tender
You can also use chicken breast, steak, or pork with this recipe. If you use pork or steak it is best to season the meat and sear the meat on all sides before placing in the baking dish this will help walk in the flavor of the meat. To sear meat you season the meat . Put a little bit of oil in a hot frying Pan. Place the meat on it until the layer on the outside of the meat turns Brown or looks seared. You do not need to cook the meat all the way through just the outside layer.
