3/4 cup homemade mayo (recipe can be found by clicking HERE)
3 cloves minced garlic or more
2 1/2 TBSP lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 TBSP Franks Hot Sauce (more or less depending on how spicy you like it)
Mix everything together and that’s it! If you prefer a smoother sauce you can run an immersion blender through it.
We love this sauce and have put it on just about everything!
This goes great with meat, seafood, veggies like potatoes, roasted cauliflower, zucchini boats, hot dogs, hamburgers, steak, chicken, scrambled eggs, stuffed mushrooms, shrimp, chicken tenders, literally anything! The sky is the limit for this one!
