Steam or boil cauliflower until soft (approximately 10 minutes).
Add 1 tbsp of oil to saute pan over medium heat. Saute onion, garlic and herbs until onion is soft and translucent.
Add cauliflower and onion mixture to blender/food processor with rest of oil. Season with pepper. Pulse until desired consistency is reached.
