Baked chicken Casserole
1. In a large plastic bag or bowl, combine chopped onion and soup mix blended with oil and lemon juice.
Evenly coat chicken pieces. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, at least 2 hours.
2. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F. Place chicken and Marinade in a 9x9-inch Casserole dish or baking pan.
3. Bake uncovered, basting occasionally for one hour or until meat thermometer reaches 180 degrees.
4. Its mild flavor increases the next day, making leftovers even better.
Hidden Valley Ranch powdered Seasoning & Dressing Mix sprinkled lightly on top after cooking will also add additional flavor if desired.
