Mix Shrimp with all ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. While shrimp is Marinating place wooden skewers in bowel of water to soak. Preheat grill/grill pan to med-hi. Thread a few shrimp onto each skewer. Cook ~3 minutes per side until shrimp is cooked through. Serve hot or cold.
