Garlic Bread Fantastic-a - Vegan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Slice bread into 4" sections and slice in half ( like you would slice a sandwich)
Mix olive oil, salt, parsley, Italian seasoning,1/2 tablespoon of tomatoes in a small bowl
Brush bread with seasoning /olive oil mix
Bake on a cooking sheet face up for 10 minute or until starting to brown
When baking is complete spread with avocado and sprinkle on diced onion, red pepper flakes, and remaining diced tomato
Serve quickly as avocado will oxidize to a brown color quickly
