Goes great with any pasta dish and will make great croutons as well.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Slice your french loaf or your favorite bread in 1/2 inch slices. Spread your favorite butter on top of each slice. Spread equal amounts of garlic over each slices. Place your garlic bread on a cookie tray. Sprinkle the butter bread with oregano and the red pepper flakes. Place in the oven for 15 minutes until the top is nice and crispy. This will make the bread crispy on the outside and tender and soft in the middle.
The amount of garlic you put on the bread depends on your taste buds. With garlic how can you go wrong.
